Privacy Statement

We respect the privacy of your information. We provide this explanation about our information practices as a show of our commitment to protect your privacy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you use our bot and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

What we collect

Discord User IDs of people who interact with Blox.report

Discord Server IDs for configuration purposes

Roblox User IDs, Usernames, Avatars and last online status of reported users

Evidence URLs provided by users when reporting

When configured by the server, archives of Evidence URLs uploaded to S3 storage

When provided, Roblox API Keys and Universe IDs for the Roblox Ban API feature

If you log in with Google, your Google account name (we do not store your email address)

Login methods

We offer Discord, Roblox and Google as login methods for filing and viewing reports. Discord and Roblox identify you to servers by your username, which is not personally identifiable information. Google does not provide a separate username, so if you choose to log in with Google, the name on your Google account is stored and used to identify you instead, and will be visible on reports you file or interact with. We never store or display your email address. Because your real name can be personally identifiable, we recommend logging in with Discord or Roblox where possible for greater privacy. Read more in our Help Center article on Google account names.

How we use it

We collect this data because it is necessary for the operation of Blox.report.

User IDs are used for logging purposes and to identify users in the database.

Server IDs are used to identify servers in the database.

Roblox User IDs, Usernames, Avatars and last online status are used to help servers identify reported users, and for logging purposes.

Evidence URLs are used to provide evidence for reports made by users, and if configured, archived externally to ensure availability.

Roblox API Keys and Universe IDs are used to ban users from Roblox when the feature is enabled.

Your Google account name is used to identify your account when you log in with Google, and the name will be displayed on reports you file or interact with in place of a username.

We store and process your data using the following services:

  • Hetzner Cloud and Object Storage
  • Cloudflare
  • Roblox
  • Discord
